Darryl Biggs
President
Mr. Darryl Biggs is the President of Threat Mitigation- Risk Control Group, a licensed private investigation agency in Arizona, which specializes in medium to high threat/ risk protection, behavioral analysis & assessments for targeted violence, and training.
Mr. Biggs is a retired Army veteran, law enforcement officer, Department of State and Department of Defense contractor.
Michelle Pachter
Director and Treasurer
Mrs. Pachter was the former Vice President and co-owner of one of the largest background checks investigation and records retrieval companies in Arizona for 20+ years.
Jonathan Pachter
Director
Mr. Pachter is the Operations Manager for the Office Depot Warehouse and oversees the daily operations and maintenance of the warehouse and employees, and has been with the company for 24+ years.
Robert Gabrych
Director
Mr. Robert Gabrych is the Director of Operations for Threat Mitigation- Risk Control Group and oversees the daily operations of the company.
Mr. Gabrych is a retired USMC Marine Reconnaissance and law enforcement officer where he was promoted to Detective and a member of the S.W.A.T. Unit.
Mr. Gabrych has a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Criminology.
Jennifer Gabrych
Director
Mrs. Jennifer Gabrych is a highly successful commercial real estate agent in Arizona.
Mrs. Gabrych background consists as an EMT in Los Angeles, California, speaks Arabic and French.
Mrs. Gabrych has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a B.S. in Behavioral Science.
Renae Des Moulins
Director and Secretary
Ms. Renae Des Moulins is the co-owner of Bonus Round Media.
Mrs. Des Moulins background includes managing a medium scale security agency, Transportation Maintenance Analyst, and managed the Campaign Contributions Program for the State Employee Charitable Campaign.
Operation Soteria is run by an all-volunteer force who aids in planning, education, training, and coordinating protective services throughout the State of Arizona.
